- Groups Exercise Sessions
Today it is all about working out virtually on line; inviting friends to workout with you on zoom is very common place.
You can now easily invite your friends or colleagues from work to partner you when you exercise indoors or go for a run or walk — all thanks to the various online tools available for use these days.
If you join a fitness group or group of work colleagues to engage in regular exercise, hold each other accountable to the set goals set out by the group.
At my 9 to 5 we have a fitness group set up on Slack where we have weekly exercise tasks set out on which we provide daily feedback to the group on any progress.
