Awesome article as always Boateng. I enjoyed it very much. I could relate to most of what you wrote about, on both sides as well. Home is Cameroon where I was born and brought up, Scotland is my mother land and also very welcoming with family, friends and the awesome people. Our environment is what we know until we see and experience another place. Sometimes we end up adopting the cultures and lifestyle of the new place or we blend, particularly when you have kids. I got here already an adult formed in certain Cameroonian ways. I have softened around the edges but at the core I am very much a Kumba boy. Stay blessed always bro. Ta
