A Lesson From My Yesterday’s Run

My way of chewing gum on some occasions leads to me biting the inside of my mouth.

These bites lead to mouth sores.

Now because I know how painful these sores get, I have to deliberately change my way of chewing.

To a more consciously aware way of chewing.

So as to save me from future discomfort.

I love chewing gum.

So every time I chew gum now, I am aware of doing so.

I still bite my mouth now and again but it’s in moments when my awareness slips and I am back to chewing by default.

The desired result of bite-free chewing is happily met more often than not now.

It Does Not Have To Be A Pain Point, It Could Be A Goal You Want To Attain

If something does not sit well with you in your life or something is wrong.

(It might not be trying to save yourself from a mouth ulcer!)

You just have to become more heedful, aware; live your life consciously.

Become consciously aware in order to navigate through points of pain in your life.

Get to your desired goal.

The goal might be to become more healthy.
