Summary Of My Progress Through Week 31

My main concern has been the pain I get in my lower abdomen.

I spent some time looking into why I might be experiencing this sort of pain as a runner.

Lower abdominal pain could be inflammation of the joint where my pubic bones meet.

I have not been out running this week.

No articles were published this week either.

I am working on my new website design dedicated to my running journey.

Also, I did not do much this week around upskilling myself within my professional domain.

I must make sure I get this back on track next week.

We have kept up with prayers and meditation as a family daily and do hope you now look forward to our new feature — weekly bible readings.
