Summary Of My Progress Through Week 31

My main concern has been the pain I get in my lower abdomen.

I spent some time looking into why I might be experiencing this sort of pain as a runner.

Lower abdominal pain could be inflammation of the joint where my pubic bones meet.

I have not been out running this week.
