Life Is A Process
Put In The Work And Trust The Process
Just like running I see life as a process.
Around midnight a couple of days a week or sometimes three, I am out running.
The small circuit I run round is about .62 Kilometer.
At the moment, most of my runs are 5km or 10km.
This means to do 5km round my wee circuit I need to run about 9 laps.
And to do a 10km run I would need to do about 17 laps.
To get to 10km or 5km I do need to run every one of those 17 or 9 laps respectively.
I have got to the point where I do enjoy my running and also enjoy the process of putting in the work to get to 5km or 10km each time.
Like running, if you want to be successful with what you do in life you need to put in the work required.
Hacking your way through a 10km or 5km run by skipping laps?
I have not come across the possibility of that.
You have to cover the distance, there is no missing out on any of those laps.
What I have seen out there on the web is all around hacks to prepare you for a run or to make sure you do actually head out for your run.
