Why I’m I going for running challenges

The hope is these running challenges will give me the energy I need to attain physical, mental, emotional and spiritual fitness.

Getting optimal fitness in all aspects of my life can only be a good thing.

It all starts with physical fitness.

All running challenges will happen come rain, sunshine or snow.

I have my first running challenge done (20k Run) and now looking beyond it to the next one.

My next running challenge is to run a marathon distance by the end of March 2022.

This goal is part of my March 2021-March 2022 holistic personal development plan.

In preparation for running a marathon distance, I would like to get in some more running challenges.

They will not be event focused.

The plan is to weave them into my everyday life.

I have not done any running in the past month.

To let me back in with less risk of injury, I will go for a short distance at the beginning of these challenges.

The running challenges I have set myself

Run every day for 5 days
