Running 1km A Day For 5 Days

My first running challenge for 2021–2022 is complete.

I completed the challenge only after a second failed attempt.

Running 1km a day for 5 days, done! Moving on to the next challenge.

I did all five running sessions during the school run.

Before every run, I did a five-minute stretching routine.

I tried to drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep hydrated.

Day 1 of the challenge

I had done my 5 minutes stretching routine but still felt stiff as I ran.

It was a warm day compared to the previous days.

Partly cloudy with a temperature of 9 degrees, the humidity of 59% and wind seep of 5.0NW.

It was a good day for a run.

The run itself went well but made me realise how unfit I had become.
