Should anyone mention something negative

I automatically put a counter thought across usually a positive one

Unknown to me, down the line I have conditioned my mind to always see the positive in every negative situation

The key to staying relatively peaceful and happy

Try to work on replacing every negative thought you have with a positive one

Over time it will become automatic and you will find yourself in a much more peaceful and clam place majority of the time

Disclaimer: — I am not an Expert, I am a learner

I try to find out what I know I do not Know and share

I seek out learning every day, reflect on what i have learnt, try and practice if achievable within the context of what I just learnt and share

In sharing, I aim to encourage you to create the best version of you via self-education, self-learning, lifelong learning

Your feedback to what I share would be greatly appreciated and will help me grow and contribute even more

The knowledge base I create from my self-learning is around my interests which are SEO (local seo Edinburgh and international), Test Automation and meditation

Negative thoughts linger

If you allow them to linger for long there lead to moods…an angry, irritable, or sullen state of mind

When you are in these moods you can start resenting those you care for and love

Stay in these moods for too long, neuroscience says you will develop chronic health issues, not now, but decades down the line

Watch your thoughts and work a way to deal with them for what they are

Thought! Just thoughts…not right, not wrong, just watch the way you interpret them and you will be fine!!

Stay Blessed..Be Safe..
